2019年10月11日，由新電梯全媒體主辦，廊坊市睿思文化傳媒有限公司承辦，滄州渤海新區(qū)招商合作一局、廊坊市東方國(guó)立機(jī)械制造有限公司協(xié)辦的主題為《專利領(lǐng)跑、創(chuàng)贏未來(lái)－－中國(guó)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)（電梯產(chǎn)業(yè)）大賽暨電梯先進(jìn)技術(shù)產(chǎn)品展示交流會(huì)》在滄州渤海新區(qū)圓滿舉行，與會(huì)人員涉及電梯行業(yè)權(quán)威專家、全國(guó)各地電梯協(xié)會(huì)、企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人、專利研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)及眾多電梯界精英。

德普研發(fā)工程師湯加坡代表德普家用電梯攜兩項(xiàng)與電梯門安全有關(guān)的專利參賽。經(jīng)過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播的答辯及專家組現(xiàn)場(chǎng)評(píng)分，斬獲季軍。

這是繼2019年4月20日獲得“年度行業(yè)新技術(shù)新產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng)”之后第二次接受同行評(píng)議。

這兩項(xiàng)專利技術(shù)涉及電梯開關(guān)門保護(hù)，以減少電梯門保護(hù)盲區(qū)為核心目標(biāo)，提高了電梯門開關(guān)門防護(hù)水平。

01寵物繩防夾保護(hù)技術(shù)

針對(duì)電梯門光幕垂直方向的盲區(qū)，通過(guò)完善電梯運(yùn)行及監(jiān)測(cè)邏輯，輔以不間斷光幕偵測(cè)，可以極大程度地避免寵物繩被電梯門夾持導(dǎo)致的悲劇，這一保護(hù)機(jī)制也適用于兒童牽引繩防夾保護(hù)。

02開關(guān)門防夾手保護(hù)技術(shù)

針對(duì)電梯門光幕深度方向盲區(qū)，一個(gè)柔性傳感器被安裝在門板或者門套上的高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)夾持接觸部位，其柔性特征為手指提供了額外的緩沖空間，其微小的變形將會(huì)使電梯門重新打開，從而保護(hù)手指避免可導(dǎo)致受傷的沖擊。同樣，也應(yīng)用于避免兒童細(xì)小手指在開門時(shí)，被帶入門板與門套的縫隙而導(dǎo)致的傷害。

Delta Plus Home Elevator Won the Third Prize in China Intellectual Property Contest (Elevator Industry) for Safety Patents

China Intellectual Property Contest (Elevator Industry) and Advanced Technological Elevator Product Conference has been held in Bohai New Area, Cangzhou, Hebei.

On behalf of Delta Plus Home Elevator, Tang Jiapo, R&D Engineer in the elevator company, has participated the contest with 2 patents related to safety of elevator door, and won the third prize after giving a speech, delivered a defense of dissertation and experiencing a panel assessment on site.

It's the second time going through a peer review after winning the Industrial New Technology and New Product Innovation Award of the year on April 20th, 2019.

The 2 awarded patents are about elevator door protection system, aiming to narrow the blind zone of the elevator door protection and thus improve the safety level of the mechanism.

1. Structure for Preventing Pet Leash from being Clamped

The type of technology focuses on the blind zone from the vertical direction of the light curtain and could keep pet leash from being clamped at the greatest extent, through improving the elevator operating and monitoring logic and the continuous detection from the light curtain. This applies just as well to traction rope for children.

2. Novel Anti-Pinch System for Automatic Elevator Doors

This kind of technology is designed to deal with the blind zone from the depth of the light curtain, and the door plate or cover, where pinching and clamping happen, is equipped with a flexible sensor. It could provide an extra buffer to the finger or other parts of the body. When the device senses a minor change of its shape, it would open the door again to prevent further injury to passengers. And even a finger of children could be sensed and thus avoids being stuck or pinched.
