吳江大廈是吳江迄今為止規(guī)模最大、造價(jià)最高、施工技術(shù)要求難度最大的房屋建筑工程。大廈位于吳江市新行政規(guī)劃區(qū)人民路以南，中山南路以東地塊，總建筑面積為115,903M2，建筑物占地面積12,057M2，建筑層數(shù)為：地下建筑1層（局部2層）、辦公樓建筑20層（局部22層）、會(huì)議中心4層（局部5層）。該大廈是市政府確定的重點(diǎn)建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目。

Background:

Known as the largest and costly building engineering in Wujiang City, Wujiang Building also boasts of its highest construction specifications. Taking up 115,903 sqm in total, it is located in the south of Renmin Road, east to Zhongshan South Road in the newly planned district. With an building area of 12,057 sqm, Wujiang Building possesses 1 underground floor (partly 2 underground floors ), 20 floors for offices (partly 22 floors) and 4 for conference center (partly 5 floors). This project is also listed in the key construction projects of the municipal government.
